Office fruit could help people to snack in the workplace, something which has been identified as helpful for those seeking to maintain a healthy weight.
Writing for the Cornwall Standard Freeholder, Dr Paul Roumeliotis explains that eating habits play a very important part in long-term weight loss and health.
He recommends people always eat breakfast as those who skip the first meal of the day tend to be overweight.
Additionally, it is important to eat three meals – as well as two healthy snacks – per day.
Workplace fruit could help those looking to reduce their weight to ensure their munchies are as healthy as they can be.
Dr Roumeliotis also recommends people keep a food diary for a couple of weeks as this allows them to see how much they eat and make any necessary adjustment.
The Food Standards Agency explains a healthy diet includes at least five portions of fruit and vegetables every day.
