Eat more fruit at work

The survey, conducted by stationery supplier AOS Online, found that Brits have a fairly bad deal in comparison to their neighbours on the continent.

Britons tend to have some of the longest working hours in Europe and are given the some of the poorest annual leave entitlements too.

To add insult to injury, the government recently proposed upping the retirement age, meaning we’re literally going to work ’til we drop – quite a depressing thought!

If you’re feeling a bit down in the dumps about the news, you might want to take some bananas from the office fruit delivery as, according to leading mental health charity Mind, the fruits are known to boost mood and make you feel generally happier.
