So, with summer just around the corner, many of you office fruit lovers may be looking for ways to shift a little bit of excess weight before donning your bikini or trunks on the beach.
Along with doing some exercise, health and fitness experts Amanda and Nicki writing for the Sun, have advised people to: "Eat food you like at a time that suits you and work out at your own pace – it’s that simple."
Nutrition expert Amanda has advised eating fruit snacks mid-morning or afternoon to sustain your energy levels and stave off hunger.
In her seven-day diet plan, which outlines healthy low-fat meal choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner, she has recommended a variety of office fruits to munch on throughout the day.
Peaches, pears, nectarines and satsumas are all some of the fruity snacks she favours, all of which can be found in the office fruit delivery.
Nectarines are great office fruits to eat on warmer days as they naturally contain mineral salts, such as potassium, which help replenish any salts lost from your body if you perspire while at work or after a lunchtime gym session.
So, if you’re hoping to lose some weight before the summer, you should take some healthy snacks from the delivery and eat fruit at work.
