An office fruit delivery could help staff look their best on holiday, as a commentator has suggested eating this type of food can make sure people are "beach-ready".
Those looking to make sure they fit into all their best summer gear have been offered a range of tips by the Telegraph.
Journalist Emma Wall noted: "All of your good work getting into shape can come undone if you’re not fuelling your body correctly. [Eat] lots of fruits and vegetables."
She suggested consuming healthy choices can be teamed up with investing in some new fitness equipment.
The Pro Fitness home workout product was highlighted in the column, which includes dumbells, a fit ball, a mini-stepper and small trampoline.
Abdominal muscle system Slendertone is also recommended as something "great for those with a beer belly".
People wishing to try a more "spiritual path" may want to try Fitness First’s yoga set, Ms Wall remarked.
Her comments follow a piece on the Health News Digest website, which suggested people who normally make good food choices such as fruit should continue to do so while on vacation.
