Anyone on a diet or looking to eat healthily should beware the “office feeder”, according to a recent article in the Daily Mail.
The newspaper suggests that each office has a “feeder”, a colleague who brings in lots of calorie-laden sweet treats to tempt their co-workers with and then pressures them to indulge.
A number of women quoted by the publication said that they would not snack as much throughout the day if their co-workers were not munching all around them.
One way people can enjoy some tasty treats throughout the day without worrying about their waistline is to enjoy some fruit from the office fruit delivery.
A handful of tasty strawberries can help boost people’s immune system due to the high vitamin C content, while a banana contains all the energy-boosting natural sugars needed to get people through the working day and help them resist the biscuits and cakes.
