As Eat in Colour (EiC) embarks on the final year of its initial three-year strategy, FPJ asked some of the key supporters of the scheme for their views on progress to date, and the future of the campaign.
Daniel Ernst, Commercial Director at Fruitful Office, expressed our support for the campaign, highlighting the fact that people spend about one-third (or more!) of their lives in an office. So promoting a healthier workplace goes a long way in raising awareness and incentivising people to eat more fruit and vegetables.
